I've been to many used car dealerships the past few years, and each time it's been a terrible experience. Wayne and Alex were very helpful. I did buy a 2010 Nissan Sentra. I was a bit disappointed in the interest rate of the loan, I had worked hard to build my credit back up. 2 days later something happened that had never happened to me when buying a car from a used lot. Alex called and told me he had gotten me a better rate at another lender, at least half of the 29.99% and I would need to sign the new papers. When I got there the new interest rate through a credit union was 6.24%. It was a bright spot in what has been a dark year for me. Thanks guys!

It has been my experience in the past when working with dealerships, having a problem the sales staff will give up on you. My experience here was totally different, the sales staff was working endlessly on making sure I was able to leave with a vehicle despite all the hick-ups and especially working with me on the vehicle of my choice. I was really honest with them from the beginning about mine & my husbands life situation(sounds better than bad credit, right?!) they didn't roll their eyes, walk away, or treat us like we had leprosy. They were nice, great salespeople, down to earth. We were not looking for the car we actually bought, but they have access to some great lenders ( that I talked with on the phone) shout out to reliable credit! From the minute we were greeted on the lot to the handing of the keys, they are a great group of folks!!You have a customer for life!!!

On Tuesday 7/12/16 I bought a ford focus 2009. I was skeptical that I could get a good deal because of my credit score. David the Sales Manager and my Sales rep Abel fought for me and kept calling different banks and credit unions until I could get a good deal that was affordable. The next day David calls me up and said after I left a credit union called them offering a better deal then what I signed for! My interest rate went from 12.99% to 6.99%. It's not everyday you hear of a honest dealership looking out for you and your money. Today I went in because I heard some rattling (couple days after I got the car) that was concerning. It turned out something was broken that might have been caused by me. I spoke with Mike the owner and even though I had no warranty they fixed it free of change! I am very thankful that they went out of there way to help me out. Give them a call and see what they can do for you. Even if you have bad credit, building credit... they fought for me until we found a bank/credit union that a reasonable interest rate.
